A transcript is a dense table: course codes, titles, credit hours, grades, GPA lines, seals. Admissions offices and credential evaluators read it structurally, so a translation delivered as loose paragraphs is unusable. Reglyph re-typesets the English onto the original grid — each translated course title sits beside its own grade, and the registrar's stamps stay where they were.
Most universities require an English translation alongside the original-language transcript. Credential evaluators (WES, ECE and similar) additionally require translations that mirror the source document — a layout-faithful rendering is exactly what they mean. Grades are not converted to another scale: translation and credential evaluation are separate steps, and evaluators insist on seeing the original grading system.
The situations people most often bring academic transcripts to us for — each one keeps the original layout, seals and tables.
A full academic history is usually 3–15 pages per institution — multi-year transcripts, grading-scale legends and degree supplements included. Translate the complete set in one job so the numbering evaluators check against stays intact.
No — and evaluators wouldn't want it to. Grades are reproduced exactly as printed; converting them is the credential evaluator's job, done from your original grading scale.
Yes. Each course row keeps its code, translated title, credits and grade in the same cells as the original, including the grading-legend footnotes.
Save the photos as a PDF and upload it; Reglyph is built for image-only PDFs and OCRs each page before translating.
WES requires an English translation that mirrors the original document. Reglyph produces exactly that format; where a signed translator certification is also required, use the output as the draft the certifier reviews.
